Corrupt, full of BS politicians riding popular public fear, playing race and hate cards and pretending to be saints. Sounds like fairly much any other democracy in recent years.

I think there are levels of corruption within these "democracies" that vary from nation to nation.

Similar to a colour based threat level system.
