I agree, wait until Mansion reveals their lineup and then we'll see how bad it can get.

AS4 Space, the $40 ticket is worth it for PVD because you know Edgar will be opening, so getting there early was a given whether it was conference or not.

I hope you give PVD another chance this year, he has done serious damage the last two times @ Space.

Mansion...with their money-grubbing ways, prices will be more autistic than Stephen Hawking.

PVD again? Bah. Only if I can get in for free (which I know won't happen so hell no.)

Oh yeah, and try re-editing your yoshi-whatever thread title with this:

"Yoshi-toshi," I think you can get around the cuss filter with that.

Didn't even need to use the dash. That cuss filter hardly ever works, and it seems to have been a freak ocurrence maybe because I put a space or something before the sh. I just thought it looked funny so I had left it, we all had a little laugh, and now it's fixed.

Thumbs up

FTW.

Carry on, gentlemen. Ladies.

Ouch, more than Ultra was that year.

Pre-sales are a must.

yeah but i wasn't 21 then so i didn't wanna risk it, still got in tho

PvD and Sander K are a must for me. And actually the presale this year for PvD is cheaper. Last year was $60 and it was a really nice ticket design, this year is at least 10 dollars cheaper to catch the PvD set. PvD has turned into the #1 dj I actually want to watch now. 2 HUGE back to back sets @ space last year. And Mr K brings the chicks and some crazy ass time!!!

Please make sure you purchase the correct tickets. The before 1am ticket is only good BEFORE 1AM. The before 5am ticket is only good BEFORE 5AM.

If you arrive after the cutoff time, you will be required to pay the difference.

If you plan on arriving after 5am, please CLICK HERE to purchase the After 5am tickets.

Ok... the differnce of the ticket or the Space difference..

I do not think I am going anyways.. But Sander K after Niki beach does sound quite tempting

Posted by somethinfierce on Feb-01-2007 06:40:

^^^

it seems like it would be the difference between the face value of ur tic & the going rate based on the time that you arrive

i was there last year, first & foremost... Rene Amesz dropped the sickest 4hr set in existence & then Sander came on @ 3am & spun a 10hr+ set on the Terrace that was vintage Sander

track after track, there was no letup! no fillers either!

True. Most of those in the lineup were obvious, but had to find out since only dj's they had listed so far were Deep Dish & Pete Tong.

Nice, I'll be there again for the 3rd year going!

Pete Tong might not be playing the Yoshi party (surprisingly).

per their flyer showing upcoming gigs, he's booked in LA at Giant that Sat nite.

I've heard from past space go-ers that that saturday night at wmc was very tough to get into unless you were buying a table or had conference badges. They were saying that people with hard tickets weren't getting in and there were hundreds and hundreds of people still waiting in line when the sun came up. Is this true? I hate buying tables, I really want to check out space before we go home. If I get a hard ticket and get in line by 10 will I have few problems? (I can wait an hour)

I had a ticket and walked right in for the past 3 years at midnight, 1230... I would say the later you are, the more you are pressing your luck...

if you are there by midnight you'll be fine getting in.

WMC badges don't do anything at Space. they may have meant Space spaces.

again, 2005 was the big problem for this -last year it was not an issue.

they did hit max occupancy at certain times such as late sat nite/sunday morning, but they presale tickets last year only guaranteed admission until 2am i think it was (maybe 3am). remember a ton of people show up at 5am after the South Beach clubs close.

i walked in at 1230 last year ... the earlier you go, the less you wait in line ..

I was thinking about getting a ticket for after 6 am so I could see Sander on the terrace, but apparently their sold out. At $60 I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I guess I'll just hit up the Crosstown Rebels party.

Rene Amesz & Sander were the highlight (for me) of last year's WMC, Rene Amesz threw down a wicked, wicked set & Sander spun a 10+ hr set that was vintage Sander

arriving early is a must but you have to considering that this is WMC
