Creatine has been debated for many years. I personally don't believe it's bad for one's health, but many say it is.

let's say it's actually as bad as chugging AN ENTIRE BOTTLE OF COUGH SYRUP.

people take creatine and then they go exercise, which has been proven to be good for you. This would possibly nullify any negative effects of creatine, which I doubt there are if taken responsibly at this point.

People that chug and entire bottle of cough syrup sit on their bed staring at their popcorn ceiling for hours which is probably unhealthy.

I'll stick with creatine and moving inanimate objects over chugging fucking Robitussin and staring at inanimate objects imagining that they're moving.

The great thing is that DXM has proven to be ineffective as a cough suppressant.

Back on topic...been there done that, way over-rated. Had the whole acid/base titration method down to a science. Again, way over-rated.

DXM does seem to temporarily subdue my coughing and irritation in the throat, so I really don't care whether it's a placebo or not.

I never said that I do it every day. At most, I'll do it like 1-2 times a month, and I make sure to not go over the unrecommended amount.

There are some pretty f'ed up trip reports about using Coricidin (women becoming infertile, long term mental effects, death). Read some. Then...please find another source of DXM.

Where from? PM (please) if you don't want to blatantly advertise. I've heard that you can do something to the pills to actually extract the DXM, but I've not really found any good information on it.

everybody knows that dexalone is the product for proper dmx tripping.

More of the Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide-goodness, and minimal of other (unhealthy) inactive ingredients.


On a related sidenote:

Tomorrow is gonna be the day. I'm gonna test out 2-c-e or 2-c-i... I'm getting both, but Im not sure wich one to try first. Anyone have any suggestions?
