There's no stupid questions, just stupid people.

I've been to several topless beaches, like South Beach FL, and what I often see is two girls (who are obviously close friends) where one of them is topless but the other is not.

They talk or swim together but it's like one of them tells the other "I disagree with your choice to be topless". LOL it's funny how girls can be close friends and yet be so different in their values. Girls, care to explain?

What makes you assume that they have different values? Maybe one is just shy or not as confident.

I skinny dip and go topless when I am at the beach (when there aren't tonnes of people... I don't like being stared at). Many of my friends would too, IF they were more comfortable with their bodies. Has nothing to do with values.

I would assume that if the girl was on the beach, she knew it was topless, and was ok with it. That would suggest that if her "values" found this behaviour to be wrong or immoral, she wouldn't have gone to that particular beach.

ANYWAY...

I would say:

No
?
?

The body is a natural thing, and we should not be ashamed of our bodies.

Sex/masturbation is natural, but it has been ingrained into our minds that it is something that should be private. I honestly have a hard time seperating myself from my indoctrinated beliefs in regard to this.

no, not at all.

You see, you start wanting to accept the human body and whatnot, and be free, and you're going to get raped by mike tyson.

It's harmless enough, so let people do what they will.

what about respect for those who don't believe in parading around clothed?

regarding the questions, neither should be illegal as far as i'm concerned. the only thing they threat is our social conditioning.

I have never seen naked people in public parks in Germany

You shouldn't have said that. Next time you go to the beach, look behind you. Its me.

I personally agree with Mr Bojingles. Frenchie your points don't make real sense.

That is all.

You people are honestly telling us you'd have NO problem jacking off in public? Forget societal conditioning...I think it's even our most reptilian nature to want to have privacy while doing something like that. Or maybe I'm wrong...I dunno.

STFU it makes sense in my head!!

Is it or not? I think it has a lot to do with social conditioning.

Dog's fuck anywhere. I've seen dog's fucking in the middle of a stree and most people are no different than dogs.

I personally could care less, but making a law against it seems to go against human natures in a lot of ways.

Heh, well that's why I said I dunno. I'm too lazy to really think long and hard about it atm. Got too much homework to finish up!

I would never jack off in public, no, and I would be disgusted if I saw somebody wanking in a public park, for example. But is "disgust," however popular, a good enough reason to make something illegal?
