The style of music would be Top 40 / Mainstream mostly. So you'd need to have a variety of music.

Please! All clubs are not EDM. Infact most clubs in TO are Top 40/Mainstream clubs.

I know, and usually most of these clubs are shit and owners are not serious about running a legit club and instead just want to make a buck or think it would be cool to open a club.

That building is HUGE. Is it really going to be strictly all ages on every floor(4 all together)?? If so I really don't see how it will succeed

on a specific night
or
why not all ages with one floor being 19+ ie. the EDM room

i worked a few underage parties last winter.
i had 15 year old girls offering to show me
thier tits for a rum and coke when i declined
a few offered to suck my dick ...honestly!

i witnessed some seriously fucked up shit go
down at these parties ...kids totally fucked
up on pills throwing up in the washrooms.

i also remember that a venue a few doors up
from the one i was working was also throwing
an underage event ...a 14 year old girl was
stabbed in the face by a 13 year old girl out
the front of the venue after the party.

kids don't fuck around these days.
