WHAMMMMO. i slip right away, with the door of my car still open. on my journey to the concrete, i smack my head on the side of my car, and break my fall with my hand (no glove). headache, big bump on my head, swollen hand, great start to the morning fuck. |
So if my car went backwards down a 1000 foot hill of ice this morning, does that count?
I HATE ROUTE 93 IN COLORADO!
They don't salt or plow it and there are always 10-15 accidents along the same 20 mile stretch. I finally found a detour that takes me 20 mins longer but I'm alive at least!

| Originally posted by Jem_hadar but what if u fell, say, on someone else's property that you should never have been on in the first place? ie. maybe u walked up the neighbour's driveway to cut across his grass to ur doorway, bc it was shorter than walking up the sidewalk to ur own driveway and then to ur door. ... but u slipped and fell on the neightbour's driveway. you never should have been on his property in the first place in this case. |
Last year i flew off my porch which is about 8 steps high.. I didnt get hurt tho, but it was mighty embarassing,

Thought to myself "Heh, and I was just reading that thread on TA about..."
... and promptly wiped out clean onto my ass.
Car horn honked at me.
I went back inside. Fuck.

| Originally posted by ChemEnhanced I've got a claim right now where the insured was opening his car door and two dogs attacked him from behind. His injury claim is going through the car insurance because he was opening his door and that is considered normal use and operation....doesn't matter that the dogs had nothing to do with the car at all.....stupid loop hole. |
