A lot of serial killers were abused by their parents in a simular fashion especially off female family members making them wear girls clothing etc.

If she's getting done for rape, then it obvious this boy isn't in control of what his doing and vulnerable.

All in all this women has broke the most fundamental rule of her job, she should be taken to cleaners for it even if she is quite foxy.

regardless of the age, the issue here is the power relationship. You cannot consent to sexual relations under those circumstances. Thats why theres laws against doctor/patient, boss/employee and teacher/student. its unfair, even if she is hot

But now that these roles often are filled with females, the tables have turned, and people don't really dont know how to handle it, seeing as females aren't "supposed" to have sexual urges, at least according to how generations (up til now) have been raised.
