multiple factors
most club owners can't afford, those that can, have him back regularly cos he keeps their pockets loaded.
most clubs are too small venue.. i.e. the promoters above are greedy fucks who like to pack the club (capacity 1000) with 1500. etc. etc.
EoL World Tour - the emphasis is on completing the 3 year vision to take the TIC format worldwide. So i guess limits the places his management can accept even more.
In Holland definitely there are no clubs big enough. That was the case even in 2002 never mind 2007.
