lol, i'm in the same situation. i work 40 hours a week as a cashier and i'm quitting tomorrow. everyone's schedule is so fucked up next week with basically 0 cashiers to open the store and 4 cashiers to close teh store.
i have some advice.
don't
give

it will get you through some tough ass decisions.

stay on with a pay raise. then you'll see how valuable you are to her. and if she doesnt give it to you, you were leaving anyways.
