Yeah he has a house in Frankston, he coulda picked a better suburb in Melbourne I reckon

I'm a dark dude, short messy hair and I'm hanging out with a skinny dark guy (Tachyon) and a mad blonde chick (Charlee)

Wasn't a bad night, Cox owned as expected.

I want to know the name of that DJ who played right before Carl Cox, and remind myself to NEVER see him again - my fucken god it was the most boring set ive ever heard.. it was like 1 song that was an hour and a half long - not to mention he looked completely fucken stoned.

But yea once cox got on he rocked the joint, I got some vids ill upload soon

LOL. that would be eric powell. i have to agree he trainwrecked at least one mix, and mixing was a bit shoddy, they all have their off days i guess

i thought coxy played a bit heavy on the electro tip, dropped huge tech bombs every 3-4 tracks as well but his set at sunshine ppl was heaps better, imo.

had so much fun hanging out with some of my best friends whilst listening to tunes and making fun of people (and armin )

powell slipped on just about every mix, he played a few tunes at the start i was liking but other than that - not very impressed.

cox was great, an entertainer like always and some good tunes

It wasn't the mixing,

It was just every track...sounded the same, absolutely boring - no variety at all.

Great set from Carl Cox, loved it! Played really pushy electro tunes which rocked th club

However i found it too loud towards the end, the whole next day my ears were a mess (and i wasnt standing next to the speakers!)

Yeah my ears were ringin the next day too.

I don't think enough is made of the issue of looking after your ears for those that go out a reasonable amount. My ears, particularly my left ear, has not been the same since an Interview party (upstairs). Not whinging to anybody because it's my own fault but people have to be careful.

Coxy was great! Had an awesome time I didnt really notice any bad mixing but maybe I was too busy playing with Armin flyers.
