Up-and-Go is a flavoured milk drink, with lots of fibre and stuff in it. It comes in a variety of flavours, including chocolate, banana and strawberry.

Aw yum!!!!!! Why do you guys get to have the good food? =( Whoever sends me the vegemite can send me some of that too!

Anyways, I don't usually eat breakfast. But when I do, I like to have tea and Raisin Bran or fruit salad (fruit salad FTW!!).

lol when I head over to Canada at the end of the year (or early next year) i can bring some over for ya. Yes, you normally spread it on bread. It's a rich source of vitamin B.

I wonder if Toronto or Vancouver has "Aussie" stores like London has.

I lived in Calgary for 7 years, they didn't have any that I knew of, but I'm sure if you looked around harder you might be able to, after all, it's a huge city.

If you go to Toronto, you'll find plenty, I saw 2 Aussie stores, 1 was a mix between UK and Australian.
