I'm gonna have to disagree with you there. I was there in '05 and it was NOTHING compared to this year. I've never seen so many hot women in my life. Now I'm speaking about Sobe in general. As far as the big clubs/venues go, there's never really alot of hot chicks that go there. Too many are afraid of big crowds.

& Even though I was impressed with the looks, I was pretty disappointed with the attitudes. Alot of bitchy broads who thought their shit didn't stink. I gotta deal with that enough out here with all the long island bitches... I don't need it in Sobe too! Thank god we met a couple cuties from Vancouver the last day or else I woulda came home empty handed

Personally i dont where some of you guys are coming from with, "MOre smaller djs/acts, less big names". The great thing about WMC is that all the smaller, lesser known guys are IN town so your argument is nonsensical in relation on what could make WMC08 better. I got to see all the djs i wouldnt normally see during the normal year at WMC, thats the great thing about it. If you cant find variety during conference your not going to find it anywhere. Anyways, if it hasnt already been said, i say expand it to a whole week.

To be honest I DON't Know what could be better.

I may miss WMC for the next two years so I'll be in town for it's 25th year hopefully.

Anyways I agree with Neil here on extending it to a whole week. This year was extremely better in terms of smaller DJ's and parties.. just by looking on years before.

This is what I mean, girls in the clubs are running thin. The ones that are really into it aren't there anymore. The conference needs more girls that are into the whole thing instead of all the ones we have to deal with there.

suggestion:

buy a cheap [expendable] shoulder bag or something and put a few bottles of water / flasks of liquor / whatever inside. nobody searched my friend's bag once during wmc so we could have saved a bundle on $9 water bottles in clubs

just wear two shirts, take one off and wrap anything you want in it. then hold it out along with your wallet and cell phone when you get searched. a towel to lay in the grass works as well. we took in 2 cameras in just my t-shirt

where do they care about cameras in Miami? You can get them in every club i went to this year...

Yeah, they don't seem to care what you bring in. Last year, I walked into Mansion with two water bottles and this year I walked into The Pawnshop Lounge with a shake and food!

I have yet to be searched at any Miami venue.
