I'd heard about it when I first started partying, but didn't do anything about it. Then Sketchbag made me join.

I used the site for a while just looking at the info. Didn't even go on the forum for 2 years, then started lurking, reading around, and got bored at work one day and decided to post.

i was searching google or yahoo i think and i found it , was looking for djs/raves in toronto concerts

I was using IGN's Electronica Music forum for the longest time, until DJ Robben (Michael Ballantyne) invited me to this forum... and I've never looked back.

stumbled upon the forums sometime in 2001 but i didn't sign up since i wasn't going to any EDM clubs nor did i have any friends that listened to my kind of music. but then i met loconet and some other TAs in 2002 and decided to sign up.

Heard about it first from some random guy in '04 at the Guv who said it was awesome, but I wasn't much into trance anymore or meeting people online. Then it came up again after I started dating joinT and I met a ton of you, and I just figured if I can't beat 'em, I'll join 'em.

Found it while searching for Armin Van Buuren back in 04...and then lurked for a while. in 05 I met Graham and Kurfew who mentioned alot of good things about the site, so I finally decided to sign up.

In 2000 I went to TrancEadcdict on a weekly basis to see the babe of the week feature.

they're both doing great. loconet is back in school working his butt off so he doesn't have time for anything. not all the old skoolers have retired, yet!

A friend of mine who got me into the scene (non-TA still to this day) mentioned this site to find out events that were happening around the city. I started browsing the events page and moved into the forums and started lurking. Lurked for about a year, then met RJ and Ray @ Republik for J00F in 2005 and RJ made it clear that I should start posting and did from there. Thanks RJ

(I had also met Tatgirl and Cuzo before I even knew they were on TA or what it was through mutual friends. They were the first ones I ever met on this board.)

I was trying to find info about John Digweed's new radio show in 2001.

I wanted to go to Bal a couple years ago, and was up in the air bc I had no friends that liked EDM.

nada messaged me from the tiesto boards and said she was going. I went up with Chris allen, met nada, and they both said somethin about TA which I had never heard of.

I became a Toronto TA for like 2 seconds before I moved to NYC (despite the fact that I had partied in t-dot for like 4 years).

Use to look around on there back in like 2001 when I was first a member...but never found out about this place.

i asked one of my buddys in the scene where he got all his live sets in '05 and he told me bout TA so i checked it out(New Tracks) i wasnt very impressed so i stopped going to TA....
then last year i asked him how do u no so much bout the scene n he told me TA n i told him theres shit on TA....thats when he called me a jack ass n told me to click on forums then boom a new world of electronica info was opened up to me......
then i got trashed at Labour of Love'06 n i started posting.....
