looks like ass from every angle to me. fortunately it's only a concept. they need to clean the lines up A LOT.

What they showed is a concept, but if you listen to the press conference when they showed it, you'll hear when they say that it is the same as the 2008 Accord.

QUOTES
----------
10:15 "What you see here in the styling concept, is an accurate representation of the next generation of the next accord coupe and what it would look like."

11:05 "The all new 2008 accord will arrive in dealerships this fall."

its ok, im not feeling the frong grill. the back is a bit wierd, but very up-to-date.
7.5/10 maybe 8.

I really liked the car till I saw the back. Its like the designers focused all the attention and efforts to the front and side profiles. Then they got to the back and said FUUCK IT!!

If the back is different by the time it hits showroom floors, then Ill strongly consider it as my next purchase along with a few other coupes.

If I recall correctly...gas mileage is better on fwd

More MPG > Less MPG

there is no winner between awd, fwd and rwd. each has an advantage over the other

gas mileage is not affected by the fact of it being rwd, fwd, or awd.

Well also there is difference in insurance costs between them, AWD gets a bump up in price.

Accord usually aims for is a conservative well aging body style, well most Honda's do. Driving a 4DR'06 rite now. That '08 accord looks like a concept model, probably wont see production, at least not that exact body. The Acura TL might look something more similar to that, in competing with the G35's successful design.

they used to be more efficient but now its negligible. it really comes down to driving style now.

My brother bought a brand new 335 and that accord (the first picture at least) looks like it.. HMM.. Maybe I'll get that instead of a Camry!

id take this over the accord any day. but then again its MUCH more expensive than the accord.

jessie: just get the 1series!

335i ftw my roommate just got one, it fucking owns.

ben the 1series blows, if you're spending that coin you might as well just pop up to the 3 series looks way better imo, not to mention the obvious performance increase that comes along with it.

i'm happy with my e46 tho

lol i know. 1series is just priced too high. spend same or less on a GTI R32 and have more fun, more power, and better handling.

im debating whether to keep my car or dump it somehow. i leased it and didnt think i would be driving nearly as much as i do. allotted 12k and im 900 away from 20k and i havent even had it a year!

2008 Accord

So my question now is, will Honda ever make an Accord that doesn't get stolen every 60 seconds in this country? Can they make something that's actually theft-proof? Or is that just my pie-in-the-sky dream?
