I hope Buffalo really does it this year, and removes the "choke" label from this town.

This is the best team we've ever had here. This team is sooo deep, and have just gotten healthy at the right time.

The only way, I could see us losing is if Ryan Miller gets hurt.

Yeah Buffalo deserves it for sure. But the playoffs is a different style play a lot quicker which should not be a problem, but on the other-hand a lot more physical play as well which could become an issue if the series' drag on closer to seven games! The first series s/b 5 games tops! I could have seen Toronto presenting more of a series against BUF based strictly on the last few meetings between the clubs but unfortunately... well you know that story. lol

Nope. The reason is because I think Buffalo can beat any of those teams if they keep playing the way they have been all year.

I don't think Anaheim, Detroit or Nashville can beat Buffalo it came down to it. If they do win, like I said, its because of Buffalo dropping the ball!

No wonder ESPN decided to drop their hockey coverage. That is absolutely ridiculous...Not having a Canadian team on Hockey night in Canada?

i love hockey. went to the last 2 home games last week.

Some players kick it up to another level in the playoffs, while others fade off (Marian Hossa for example)...I think that Anaheim with both Pronger and Niedermeyer will be able to shut down the top forwards on their opponents, so as long as they score a few goals I think they will win the West...not sure about the East but I think this could be Buffalo's year. Defence usually wins in the playoffs though, so Jersey could come through as well if Brodeur gets hot...

Detroit for whatever reason keeps tanking it in the playoffs, and Datsuyk and Zetterberg did nothing last year.

Pittsburg has some scary offence but Fleury is pretty weak in my opinion, so I don't see them going too far.
