Usually, yes. However at this party, I wouldn't count on it. This is London has a habit of arbitrarily raising the minimum age for guys on busier nights like these. Last time Sander was in town, if you were a guy, you all of a sudden needed to be 23 if you wanted to get inside.

Technically it's not legal to do this since the drinking age in Ontario is 19. But since it's a private property they can basically say or do whatever they want, and there's not much you can do besides complaining to management or liquor license board. A venue can only refuse you if you appear to be intoxicated, underage, may cause trouble, or don't follow the house's dress code. They [the bouncers] can use whatever excuse they deem acceptable.

Just dress up nicely that should be OK, I got in when I was 20 a few months ago to see Steve Lawler, my friend who was 19 went too and she got in.
