Currently working 2 jobs and plus skool = three jobs (assignments and team meetings )kinda make it a third job.

i'd rather work extra overtime than pick up a second job. time and a half, stay at the same job, no hassles, etc. besides what if your second job doesn't pay as much as your first? you're screwing yourself then imo. spending more time working for less pay. fuck that.

are you that oblivious? maybe the first job doesnt have enough overtime available? or maybe you want/need a lot more than just a couple hours more? like 20-30hrs?! yeah exactly.

it's amusing how defensive you got there, buddy. well no shit dude, but you're working a part-time seasonal job at target. i'm assuming you're a stockboy or something like that which doesn't pay shit, so i'd think (if your first job pays fairly well) that 5-10 hours of time and a half would roughly equal 20 hours of non-existant wages at target.
for example, and i'm not saying this is how much you get paid at each job, i'm just assuming:
5 hours * $14.00 + time and a half (5 * $7.00) = $105
20 hours * $7.00 (shitty wages working seasonal retail) = $140
you're working 15 more hours to earn 35 bucks. not worth it imo. the point is you're selling yourself short getting a part-time job that pays next to nothing. keep in mind you have to spend even more time and money to get to your second job, change uniforms and do all that extra bullshit, i know you target folk have to wear that badass red polo- not worth it. so lets do the math again.
$140 - ~$20 (in extra gas to get to your second job and back) = $120. now you're profiting $15 for 15 hours. great idea. add in the time you spent driving around, changing, showering again, whatever that you could've spent doing other things... not worth it.
and 5 hours OT isn't shit, that's staying an hour after work every day. most places offer a little overtime i would think. of course if target is next door to your house and you're making $12+, then good for you, mr. responsibility, and i apologize for my apparent rudeness.
so chill out man. yeah exactly.
