It's always been my experience that men will talk about sex more, however, usually in general terms. Women, on the other hand, are more selective about who they talk about sex with but go into much more detail.

Being a married man and good friends with a number of my wife's friends I essentially become a "girlfriend" to my wife's girlfriends (edit - or more accurately, I become an extension of my wife in the eyes of her girlfriends)... so I get all the nasty details too. You women are fuckin' nuts with the details... size, veins, grooming, weight... I'm pretty certain my wife's closest friends could identify a photo of my penis just based on the descriptions you freaks give eachother.

surprisingly enough, i don't normally do this. i don't offer any information on my man's penis or our sex life unless i'm asked. i don't really mind telling if one of my girlfriends wants to know and it's just one of those situations where everyone is dishing about it and it's a big girly moment, but i don't ever make the assumption that anyone wants to know. so yea, i guess i have, or i will, but only when i know it's ok, because for the most part i get a little uncomfortable if someone starts telling me every little detail and i don't particularly care. but there's a time and place for everything.


and of course i'm talking about in person, with my friends who i hang out with. it's a little different when i rant on here and we all get carried away in our sex threads. it's kind of a nice release to talk about it on here. but i'm not really like that in person.

I dont give out details, b/c I wouldnt want to hear details from my friends. TMI isnt my cup of tea. I will say, as someone mentioned before, that I am getting some, but that is about it. I thnk telling details kind of destroys the whole intimacy (if you are in a serious relationship) of it. Thats JMO.

Other than that though, it's not something that comes up in a normal daily conversation. I like to keep my private life private.
