Posted by nrjizer on May-23-2007 12:59:

Anyone know of a good place to park nearby so I can save myself some circling?

Posted by Ang ' ela_ie on May-23-2007 14:11:

If you have any friends in the Plaza Midtown they can get you an overnight pass for the parking garage. Otherwise... from Spring drive down Peachtree Place and check out the street across from the Marta. If not, make a right on Peachtree when you get to it and theres a bunch of pay lots down there.

you could probably find some spots to park on the side of the street on tech campus or in home park...it'll be kind of a walk but you just go down 10th st away from downtown. i'd say turn into the closest side st. and park there $$ party on this show is gonna be HOT!

Seriously James, that was one tremendous fucking set tonight. Glad I got my signed copy of One+One too. SICK set, wish there was more acid and breaks though. That Church/Depeche Mode mashup was sick, the track before it was sick, and the Outhouse remix and Harder, Better, Faster, Stronger remix were nice.

Boo on the glass!

Nice meeting and riding down with Tom (nrjizer). Also nice finally meeting Alok, John, Chris Meadows, and Meadows's girlfriend. Good seeing Scott, Cici, Greg, LeeAnn, Samira, and others once again.

Hell of a night!

There were a lot hot tracks dropped by both DJs. Time to call up the JZ whores at raving lizards for some trainspotting.

Great seeing everyone! We had to split early because of work, but truly, the Church vs DM made it all worth it.

Posted by money_penny on May-24-2007 18:04:

awesome. that was freakin awesome!!! i had to be up at 6 a.m....but, it was worth it. i loved the club...i loved the ppl at the club (except for this one dude who was pressing his freakin body up against me as he was going up the stairs). i had a great time! i'm delirious.

Did anyone notice JZ wasn't doing a lot of his usual EFX-1000 tricks? Maybe he did and I missed it. Or he was doing it more subtly and it complimented his set.

He did a fair amount. Nothing too over the top. I think he gets stuck between a rock and a hard place since when he does a lot of effects play people complain and when he doesn't, people complain still. I'd prefer more effects play imo.

One thing I missed was the scratching. He only did it on one track that I can recall.

wow... I did not see ANY of you. But I had a good time
