cheesy 80's electro synth, minimal rock, death metal with a hint of classical, a subtle touch of jazz and a large squeeze of rap ftw!

Techno
At least we have instruments and don't have to use empty bottles to create melodies
Drum n Bass!!!!!
D bought a Casio keyboard from the op shop today for 50 cents, pressed the auto button, then one of the little black ones + a tune came out that was (along with the Commodore 64's 'Jungle Hunt' soundtrack) CLEARLY better than much of the 'minimal' donkey feces that's available right now.
On the other hand.. I've heard some bangin arse minimal while out too (well they SAID it was minimal anyway..). It's like everyone bagging out electro as being shit. Now I get ya point here, the sound that you're thinking of is complete dogs balls.
But for example I've had heaps of mates hang so much shit on anything and anything electro or prog, but their heads were rockin more than once when they heard Sander Van Doorn bang some out as part of one of his killer sets.
Having said that, my opinion may not mean much since I also am into really shit music. Been into it all my life, the worse it gets the better it makes me feel. I just love shithouse stuff really..
..Shit Stuff is King..
PS. My taste in tunes is obviously better than yours
