It's like mayonaise, but with little bits of chopped onion in to and some kind of herb...

The difference is far beyond from the name: have you ever made a pizza with ketchup? It's too sweet...it destroys the original flavour The same for french fries - tomato sauce with it doesn't sound like a good idea to me...
