Great thread Endgame!

All I have to say is MITCH HEDBERG FTW!!!

also Dane Cook rules, especially his early suff, people are only hating on him because he's becoming so hugely famous.

Someone who hasn't been mentioned yet is George Lopez. I hate his sitcom, but his standup comedy is gold. (if u like racial humour)

Hahahah I love how everything is a rant - and how he throws 'fuck' in between the most random words.

i just came to a conclusion that this guy is the best comedian ever

Posted by robbiej on May-03-2007 02:43:

yeah he's been my favourite for awhile now, what started him out was his comedy central presents special, i'm uploading it now to my sendspace and ill paste the link, its one of those specials where ur laughing ur ass the whole way through,..

then his bits an pieces dvd came out, clips where u see a black background alot r from that one, and just mid 2006 ouch was released

I don't find this Pablo Picasso guy funny at all. The bit with the death metal was just him repeating one sentence over and over.

Posted by Cro_Addict on May-03-2007 03:35:

George Carlin..he is fuckin hilarious...hahaha he used to be the voice for Thomas the Tank Engine

yeah that guys is funny...thing is with his material its mostly the delivery....if someone else took his bit, it wouldn't work.
haha

Posted by Cosmic Fur on May-03-2007 03:56:

Yeah, I like Carlin a lot more. I like humour that was actually composed and thought out, and not just "let's take a basic fact such as that people act retarded while on e, and act it out on stage".

hahah

Him and Mitch Headberg have very similar acts...and similar delivery

Posted by kotsy on May-03-2007 06:02:

Mitch Hedberg is hilarious.. his jokes are sooo random. Awesome to listen to when you're baked.

Stephen Wright is pretty funny too. I love the joke they did about him on family guy.. when the censors take over and put something on peter's ass to turn his farts into stephen wright jokes. "I once spilled white out on my dog.. then he was gone.."

Dane Cook is probably my favourite at the moment.. I don't think he deserves all the flack he's been getting.

One new comedian that I will bring to the table is Ricky Gervais (of BBC's The Office/Extras fame)

Louis CK

Gold.

If anyone says "Carlos Mencia" they need to be stabbed in the eye.

The above choices are great though

Robin Williams Live on Broadway is always fantastic to watch too.

Louis CK is awesome. I bought one of his CDs online. Have you ever seen his show "Lucky Louie"?. Only lasted 10 episodes but it was hilarious. They used to play clips of him all the time on The Edge. I miss that
