Gonna get my VIP tickets this weekend. How do I locate a Ticketmaster Box Office around my area. I live in Sacramento and I know Arco Arena sells Ticketmaster Tix for Kings games but not sure if they sell nationwide events tix. Can someone answer this question.

AWESOME!!! Thank for the news. I am going to get VIP!

Aw man, that's cool. Damn, I'm still thinking... should I go or not??!? (o_0)!

hmmmm...I'm wondering what the difference is between a $55 and a $70 GA ticket then? I called TicketMaster, but the guy didn't know much more than what their website shows (which isn't much).

I got VIP, which was $100. Last year I paid $200 for VIP and didn't think it was worth it, but for this year I was assuming that I was paying only $30 more than the $70GA floor price, which is a great deal given the price of drinks these days.

Ticketmaster also listed $150 and $175 VIP tickets, but the guy I spoke with had no idea what they were for, and they're apparently not for sale either. If anyone from Giant reads this and can clear up the confusion, that would be really helpful!

EDIT: I checked Giant's site and think I have the answers now:

GA: $55-70, depending on date of purchase
VIP: $100-175, depending on date of purchase

So there are two kinds of tickets, and they will become more expensive the closer to the actual date of event. Now kinda wish I had bought GA, but I'll probably feel better once those VIP tix go up to $175 ea!

This means I gotta get my tickets soon before the price rise.

Right now GA tix are 50??

Posted by in2muzikk on May-09-2007 05:51:

$55 now at TM. Go to Ticketmaster.com, search for Tiesto and then check for availability. Ticketmaster is the exclusive ticket agent for the Sports Arena, so no Groovetickets for this one.

For the last TIC-LA, floor tix were $85 general and $200 VIP, so the prices are a lot better this time around...

VIP is worth it if you want the open bar. If your just looking for a place to hang out, I suggest seating in the bleachers.

Would going to the box office be better? Meaning are there those bs service charges still being added or no? I can get someone to get me tickets since they are down the street(well, a couple fwy exits away). If the fees are still being charged then I'll just go to a TM outlet.

Thanks!

I bought my ticket at Ritmo Latino and the bs services charges weren't as bad as before. The Service fee was only $10. My ticket total was $55 + $10 Service fee. That was $65 total. Groovetickets service fee changes depending on the event. For Tiesto in LA it's usually very high service fee.

I think if you buy the tickets at the record stores (if they sell it) it'll be a little bit cheaper?? Not sure though...

May 19th. Presales start at $45, then $55, then $65. (there are more DJs than Tiesto as there are three rooms...full lineup tba once all is confirmed.)

One thing I love with Bill Graham over the LA Sports Arena are the acoustics in the main room. At the events I've been to at Bill Graham, it's always had at least pretty darn good sound. While at the sports arena it's been pretty wretched overall, lol.

Posted by CrazedOut on May-09-2007 21:48:

Uh... wouldn't it be wiser to print the tickets?

At least that's what I do with movie theaters and it works great
