Oh you motherfucker! And thats not the only bomb either.

This looks hotter than an LA sidewalk at 2pm in July.

This is a very chill groovy mix until the bass comes in at 29:00 -- from there on out it's quite simply banging. Is that the Spooky remix of Vertigo right then? A lot of fun, this one. A pleasure for the ears, as always!

I thought the flow was fantastic, the first vocal very tasteful, and overall, the edits quite smooth. A couple of older tracks in there too, which is always cool to see. I threw this on as background music, but quickly found myself turning up the volume and becoming really engrossed in this one.

Cheers, keep up the good work!

Thanks for the heads up, I fixed the link in the original post!

I liked it. My only complaint would be that the flow felt a bit weird after the moby track. It's a mellow track but it's got a certain energy about it, and it just didn't feel right afterwards when it just goes back to the soft minimalistic stuff. A more driving tune would've been more appropriate methinks.

fucking like it, really dig it in the middle of the set.

good job mate

Posted by Sushipunk on May-12-2007 00:09:

Really nice set man, I'll be giving it plenty more listens for sure

"i see a different you" and that compound remix are fucking unreal tracks

i like both the beanfield and innocent sorcerers remixes but i can't figure out how to play the innocent sorcerer's remix without the management laughing at me and kicking me out haha

downloading

Thanks for the thoughts bro! I definitely understand what you're saying, and I guess for me, it was just the opposite. That's probably one of the segments I like most in the mix just because of how it switches the pace up a bit (i.e. "Deer in the Headlights" in my Centrum mix), but I completely see how for some people, it really might be bothersome.

Thanks again for the listen

lol - yeah, at least in the Beanfield mix there's that nasty bassline to drop, innocent sorcerers is great, but I'm clueless as to what to do with it live.

Thanks for grabbing this Adam - Your "Into the Deep" mix is still getting loads of play from me, and just knowing your style, I really hope you enjoy this one

Sushi and Bidor, glad the two of you enjoyed this - I know it's Winter for you Sushi, so it might not make that much sense, but I made this to be a "Listen to me outside in the Summertime Mix," so I'm wondering how that goes down in the Southern Hemisphere

What's your dj setup?

This one was done on:

2 x Pioneer CDJ 800
1 x Allen & Heath Xone 62
1 x Pioneer EFX 500

Recorded by an iBook g4 via an M-Audio USB Audio Mobile-Pre, then compressed to 192kbps MP3 via the LAME encoder in Audacity.

It requires a mash-up, in my opinion. I've found the perfect track to do it with, but I'm gonna be quiet about it until I get a proper demo recorded (hopefully soon, but I'm not making promises after last time ).

This looks like a Sean Tyas mix

downroading!
