Hey now, if I really wanted to go out tonight I know I could make it...lol. Want to get up early and enjoy the day tomorrow and go out on my bike.

I actually don't feel as bad anymore. Had a smoothie at home then stopped at McDonald's on the way in and got a large powerade! Highly recommend that. I'm not that motivated to do any work though.
