a car is not a home and if you are intoxicated in it the police have justifiable reason to use probable cause to search any and all parts of the vehicle. She's fucked and ugly.

yes i understand.. but like with my brother... he had it locked in the glovey.. they went and arrested him.. took his keys from him but found the stash. they gave him a misdemeanor instead.


that was a lesson for him to next time lock the car with the keys inside.

Thats when the cops smash the window in...they'll find a way in if they think drugs are inside. Best thing to do is just not to drive around with shit on you in the first place because cops will always find a "probable cause" to use against you and judges are usually going to lean towards the cop when you bring it to court.
