Unfortunatly a regular cam won't capture the lights...it takes special cams because they're so fast! They are absolutly breathtaking though. I live in Alaska and get to see them every year but sometimes they are awsome, sometimes they are pretty faded, but cool to see none the less. If you have the chance, I think you should!
