those UFOS were hung up a long long time ago (at least with me and Drew), well in terms of not wearing them anymore.

everyone evolves ^__^ actively seeking events other than clubbing. Mollys get-together was *different* for a lot of ppl im sure -- wine-and-cheese type -- but Drew and I had a great time.

meeting up for dinner and having some wine/drinks is all so i wouldn't exactly call that a mini party.

I posted in that thread... Ive been done with clubbing too... Im more into the hanging out with friends, more social and inviting get togethers - bring a bottle of goose and some standup comedy DVDs. Just the beginning of a ridiculous night.

I remember a long long long time ago, meeting up with Lyss, Drew and Blitz for dinner at Spice. And one other time, having a guys night out with Jay, 'the hobbit', and Gramps.

I think those are the only times I hung out with TAs that had nothing to do with clubbing.

kinda miss the days when I used to wear UFOS to parties (Roxy, Spirit and the Guv pre-2006) - still represents a different time when i was still enthused about the scene in NYC, i loved wandering around countlessly and meeting new ppl throughout the night, great music, and there was just an overall great vibe each and every night.

yes Vlad, that was definitely fun times. btw Blitzy is now in VA, she moved back in March.

Anyway, these days, we actually do attempt to organize such things things like that on the regular with certain ppl. lol i BET u never thought i would slow down from clubbin eh? and to think it only took me 4.5 yrs to do so...haha

lol... eventually we all have to retire. Im 23, clubbed for a solid 3 years, and now Im moving on.

You guys should ring me up when you hang out, tell some old war stories.

i would have to say that the TFST/Fuzion years were the BEST time i ever had outside of clubbing...I totally do not think of those as CLUBBING because they were in lounges and we actualy got to talk to most ppl over drinks and stuff. i still don't see TFSTish events as clubbing events.

from those days, i still retain friendships esp. with those few that no longer go clubbing -- esp jen, liz, and the 'hobbit' (al) . we've all moved on but still try to get together for bdays and other events when they come around ^__^
