i interpreted your comment as ignore it or grow up to be an elitist too. the "if you cant beat them join them" approach, which i think is weak. i probably misinterpreted.

i agree you have to know your stuff if u wanna get into a genre war or whatever but defending yourself against elitism you just need half a brain
