On Singapore Airlines in First Class the flight attendants do clean the bog after every use!

Forgot you mentioned Silverjet.....they fly from Luton into Newark where you can then catch an Air Canada flight to Toronto. Since you mention toilets here is a funny advert from Silverjet showing the fact they have separate mens and ladies toilets. Although Silverjet fly from Luton they actually have their own terminal building so you don't need to go near the chavs....unless you get lost

If you've got money to go first on SIA, then I envy you HUGELY! Although I think they have the worst FF programme. YOu get downgraded so fast if you don't spend millions per year.

BMI Diamond Club. Best Star Alliance FF programme although SQ F does only earn 2x miles instead of 3x like every other airline in F.
