If you lose the weight naturally at around 2 pounds per week, the skin does a pretty remarkable job of bouncing back (unless the gain was incredibly quick, like in the case of a pregnancy).

Anyways, not a fan of any kind of weight loss surgeries. Theyre a quick fix and they arent teaching the person the kinds of skills needed to keep from gaining it all back. More likely than not hes going to weigh 400 pounds again some day.

Just sayin'.

He's obviously working on it on his own as well... check out his face, neck, and arms in the last pic. Surgery doesn't do that.

in the words of denis leary, "the moment i wake up and look down and i can't see my dick? I STOP FUCKING EATING"

would have saved this guy a lot of trouble.

Fuckin' brilliant! Excellent point, though.

actually those surgeries are a rough life. the cut out the part of your intestine that handles sugars and fats so you never get to eat sweets without puking or pooping horribly for the rest of your life. If you dont chew your food well enough )and you only get a few bites a meal) it gets stuck in your tiny stomach and you spend up to 2 days dry heaving trying to dislodge it.

Its a very rough life, and the misery associated with it is not something I think people should take lightly. Its just as much a life choice as working out, except when you work out you get to eat what you want.

This guy looks like he busted ass and people whove never had weight issues dont look as good as him for the most part
