hey that poor cat isnt an attention whore probably I dont like that picture.

I mean I like the fact that the posting of that picture makes fun of the thread starter, but I dont like that that cat is getting harassed by people and then being called an attention whore.

most cats ive met in my life are good, better than most humans. No wait actually a lot of people have crazy ass cats. All the cats i've had have ruled though.

You have to check like every day!!! Once they take requests for tickets you have to wait a very long time.

I believe I put in my request around Feb and I found out 3-4 weeks ago that I was scheduled for yesterday. Then, 2 weeks before the show they send you aconfirmation which you have to reply to because they always over book tickets since ppl might not show.

You won't get the date on which you want to go.. They pick it for you. So good luck on trying to get a July gig. Especially considering he is prob not doing new show next week cuz of the holiday week.

MAN.. it was so much fun!!!!!!!! I knocked out when I got home since I am up early for work and standing in line for over an hour in the nasty heat/humidity. [I'll watch it tonight at 8:30]

It's awesome cuz once u sit in the studio they have this comedian try and get you going. Then Stephen comes out and acts a fool and he takes some questions from the audience.

Omg he is soooooooo much more charming and funnier in person!!! It's an awesome live show to attend and I suggest everyone to do it. I am signing up for the next request.

I also talked to some ppl who had seen Jon Stewart so I wanna try for that show too.

Tickets are a bitch to get but soooooooooo worth it!

Which is no more!

haha I'm watching the clips on comedy central.com now. so funny cuz he messed up a couple times so he had to do this skit all over again from the top.. and i dunno if u watched and saw before the 4 horsemen skit he said "woah deja vu"

you people wouldn't know why he said that but it's because we were about to hear the same jokes we just heard!

I've been trying forever to get these damn tickets. I had tickets for Jon Stewart but ended up getting sick that day that I was supposed to attend. ((

I thought it was near impossible to get tickets for Colbert. Do you need to actually email them to be put on a list? Or is there a link available when the time is right?

thing is.. they don't always accept ticket requests. you have to check every day or join colbertnation and they usually give you a heads up that they are accepting requests.

You sign up on comedy central.com and you won't hear a response for 1-2 months!

when they accept ticket requests it's only for a few days cuz i'm sure they get a huge amount and his studio audience is very small. [102 ppl]

Posted by Omega_M on Jun-28-2007 14:45:

where are teh videos of mel screaming on the show ?

Posted by bas on Jun-28-2007 15:48:

I was trying to get tickets for the Colbert Report/Daily Show for when I came out. I was checking for months and I got nothing. Bullshit

Posted by nerve on Jun-28-2007 16:20:

Well it takes 6 months for you to want to even go again.

These shows have a tiny audience and sell out quickly.

They might keep a database of peoples names when you sign up. Before you enter they check a license to match the name on the lsit [when u sign up].
