Thank you for making this thread.

P.S Surely making it was the right decision.

And looked down one as far as I could
To where it bent in the undergrowth;

Then took the other, as just as fair,
And having perhaps the better claim,
Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
Though as for that the passing there
Had worn them really about the same,

And both that morning equally lay
In leaves no step had trodden black.
Oh, I kept the first for another day!
Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
I doubted if I should ever come back.

I shall be telling this with a sigh
Somewhere ages and ages hence:
Two roads diverged in a wood, and I
I took the one less traveled by,
And that has made all the difference.

I think its surreal and unrealistic to assume that all situations have a right and wrong answer. Alot of decisions to be made in life arent simple enough to be right and wrong. Sometimes its really tough to decide which choice is better, and often you don't know until you've already chosen one, and you learn from your mistake.

That should have been the first reply. Dunno why nobody posted it.

I think with any major decision you know in your gut which one is "right" and which is "wrong."

Agreed.

Also, I feel that people sometimes judge right and wrong based on the risks and results that they're willing to be accountable for. And does one really need to so carefully consider every single choice that they're going to make? Is anyone even capable of such granular scrutiny of their lives, and if they are, is it worth it? Risk without knowledge of consequence is sometimes worth it, even more so, sometimes that's the whole point.

This is a perfect example of making the wrong decision, almost as if you were in my head when I was starting this thread or something.

+1 some people learn from their mistakes by spending their life in jail. It's all good.

I should clarify. I think the idea of making "wrong" choices is stupid. I think of it more in terms of making poor choices vs. good choices...but not wrong vs. right.

Ah!

Since Graham has decided to contintue to thumb his nose in the face of rightness and not go to Lawler, I would like to continue this discusion...

As I see it you are saying there is not a right choice and a wrong choice but a poor choice and a wiser choice is that correct?

Posted by DigiNut on Jun-30-2007 04:23:

Of course, there are never really just two choices in any situation. There is always a wide range of choices with unpredictable cascading effects that people in their misty hindsight distill into a simple "do" or "don't", even though it was no such thing at the time.

And yes, some are still better than others, not every choice is a good choice just because it becomes some far-fetched learning experience.

Sometimes there are good choices and poor choices. Sometimes there are bad choices and worse choices. Sometimes what looks like a choice isn't really a choice. Pretty hard to generalize.

That is correct!

Decisions are so hard. I mean look at this example I was reminded by Josh's talk to Jennypie's decision to wear a bra at this year's sunrise set...

In my example, who can blame the lovable, goofable, infamous poor old Jeff Murdock for being confused and having a hard time reaching a decision? No one, that's who (or not-who, as the case may be.)

--
Patrick: It was just so embarassing. I didn't know what to do.
Steve: Happens to us all mate.
Jeff: All of us, in our time, are visited by the melty man.
Patrick: The what?
Jeff: Don't say his name, Patrick. Don't even think his name or he will rise from the shadow dimensions to do his evil work on your terrified pants.
Patrick: [chuckle] Terrified pants?
Steve: [gravely] There's nothing funny about the melty man, Patrick.
Patrick: [face falls] You know about the melty man, too?
Steve: [in a "duh!" voice] We all know the melty man.
Patrick: Who is he?
Steve: The archenemy of trouser confidence.
Jeff: Professor Moriarty. In groin form.
Steve: Darth Vader
Jeff: Without the helmet.
Patrick: [terrified and shocked] What does he do?
Jeff: Patrick, you *know* what he does.
Patrick: [looks down] Oh right.
Jeff: You're in bed with a woman. Everything's going fine. That's when the melty man strikes.
Steve: Suddenly you find yourself thinking, "Maybe she's really bored".
Jeff: Maybe you're licking her neck too much. Are you over-wetting her neck?
Steve: Are you spending an equal amount of time on each breast? I mean, what if one breast gets ahead?
Jeff: Should you be switching between them really quickly or should you squish 'em both together and do them at once
[demonstrates]
Patrick: [frowns]
Steve: Or should you skip one breast completely just to save time?
Jeff: She's wriggling about. Is that a good sign or is she just trying to dry her neck?
--

Let's look at his latter problems, the one that interest me the most, shall we?

1. "Are you spending an equal amount of time on each breast? I mean, what if one breast gets ahead?"

'What if one breast gets ahead' INDEEED!!! Horrible conundrum if you let that happen. Equality ppl. Equal rights. No one should ever win the race!

2. "Should you be switching between them really quickly or should you squish 'em both together and do them at once"

Ahhh, this one is a serious question that one needs to reflect on carefully. Switching around really quickly can be dangerous and lead to injuries if ur not careful. We all should strive to play safe.

Therefore, it seems, obvious that squishing 'em both together and doing them at once is a far, far, far better solution. Both, we all know since childhood that two is better than one, right? And, this solution represent equality treatment (equality some would say) among breasts. No one breasts gets jealous of the other. That is what we all should strive for in life. I do.

and, lastly,

3. "Or should you skip one breast completely just to save time?"

OK... this one is a TRICK QUESITON!! Warning Warning! Danger Danger! Dont fall for it, even if the girl herself overs you this option if you ask which is the better path (aka. fork-in-the-road) to take concerning her breasts in foreplay.

Well, I hope this help show how easily forks in the roads can come up in real life, about common situations, about ANY situation. I hope you all always pick the right forks.

Nothing feel worse at the end of the day than realising you picked the wrong fork and now realize you'd be better off with a spoon anyways.

Chose well, and correctly.
