the 5 blades work well, both up & down, although going up i sometimes cut myself but i have weird bone structure around the chin. Plus it has the precision trimmer which does my sideburns and the top lip with the single blade & works a treat.

Mix it with shaving gel (don't like foam that much, it doesn't lather up well) and the mild nivea balm.

i forgot to say, I bought an expensiveish electric one and it's shit. and u know those nivea pouches that u get with them? they have chemicals in them to stimulate more hair growth so you'll need to buy more.

cold water also makes your skin tighten, allowing for a closer shave.

If I have a beard I usually wash my face with warm water to soften the hair, since it can be a bitch otherwise. I might gonna start using cold water. Atleast try.

I use electric. Don't know why, but I like my skin to feel like sandpaper.

shaving cream warmer and cold water = how its supposed to be done. but i do really hot water and cold gel. lol

once a day as well. but i use mach 3 turbo.

i've been thinking about laser hair removal surgery, as i HATE shaving. having to do it every day (2x if the blade is getting old) is getting annoying.

i always sahve in the shower, mainly because it's hotter and the steam feels better.

I shave in the shower as well because I get less irritation that way. Razor for close shaving, Electric for just getting it done. IMO Electric ftw

i haven't used electric in about, oh 4 years now. it never gets close enough. i'd have to shave like 4x a day with it. rediculous.

My 4 years on active duty I had to shave every day w/ razors (the suck) and on the weekends I wouldn't at all or I'd use electric. Now that I'm Guard I shave once every 3 days and electric once a week. Then if I have to look good or need to report for the weekend its an against the grain day with a razor on Sat morning.

I use the Mach 3 - its the best fucking razor on the planet.

I bought the Fusion, its a piece of shit.

any idea how much it costs? i don't think i want it on my entire face - maybe just from the chinline down (as that's the thickest and roughest part).

shaving every day is a pain. I shave maybe twice a week. Or once a week if I'm too lazy
