The things in london were intended to cause mass loss of life, and the glasgow one is probably a less well organised thing like the ppl who failed to blow up london 2 weeks after some attacks did work. Al quaeda? no. Just people who're finding reasons to hate the countries who give them freedoms they wouldn't get at "home"

a lot of the generation carrying out attacks were born in the uk now, so have legitimate reasons to be here, but are brainwashed by the more extreme muslims to do these things. Either way you can't hide the fact their ****s. These people have serious issues, I think a lot of it down to is the Salman Rushdi being knighted.

We try and promote a multi cultural society in this country but it obviously don't work. Pakistani youths who set fires in Bradford then attack the fire brigade who go to deal with the fire etc. I'm pass caring and all tolerance for this so called brilliant society we live in. It's a load of fucking bollocks everyone for themselves I say.

I'm going to have to disagree with you two here
if anything these two attempted murderers are going to be from the 'priveleged' muslim set in glasgow, the same group that've been going out and raping young glasgow lasses in recent times.
Make no bones about it, there was nothing amateurish about what happened in Glasgow today, the more you think why? the more options that crop up. Because Gordon Brown is the new pm? and he's scottish? likely, the stage was set months and months ago for these absolute scumbags to do this, and attacking targets in scotland is probably symbolic of their attack on the new british leadership.
I mentioned above about what happened when the IRA bombed scotland, and what happened afterwards. The bombing of scotland stopped, because of a number of reasons, the killing of irishmen in scotland, and the fact they needed certain scottish factions in their support.
This time it's going to be different. The people that carried out this failed attack don't need the support of scotland. And the if members of the muslim community are injured or killed, or mosques burned, the likelihood is it's going to create even further division in communities that I believe are already under a considerable amount of strain due to incidents that I mentioned earlier. The more the liberal muslims are seperated from the secular scottish/british community and forced to interact with the fundamentalist fucking scumbags, the more liberals are likely to assimilated into their way of thinking. It'll be easier to convert the younger generation of suicide bombers if they can show the british people treating their people with disdain.
And calla, those plastic jock cunts in corby set fires, then attack the fire brigades when they come to put the fires out, it's not just a pakistani bradford thing, it's a cuntish british youth thing, and it happens all over britain. Also having family from the region I can imagine the amount of racial shit these people have put up with from fucking backwards yorkshire folk, there are bound to be some fucking angry young asians.
and as for the multi cultural society thing, I agree, but do you not think it's the actual majority that aren't catered for?! the massive amount of british people that do not accept religion in any way, shape or form? there's so many minority groups and their spokespersons, but there is noone to represent the fucking majority of this country, and quite frankly is grinds my fucking gears. It's about time we fucking stood up to this bollocks.

one huge problem with all this shit is when people try to bring their way of life to a country that doesnt support the same. they then try to live in the same form and fashion in which they did back home and it clashes. they take this as an insult when in actuality they are in the wrong. tensions arise and they snowball into larger issues. it happens everywhere in the world. unfortunately its very very hard to overcome.

Also, lets forget about political correctness for a moment. If people from a certain ethnic or racial background commit such crimes, is it not natural to be prejudiced against that group? In reality, everybody is racist, it's just that educated people generally don't show it.

It's been established their middle easterners, but I haven't heard about girls being raped up in Glasgow centre newspaper stuff. In a lot of ways yes I agree with a lot of it is down to fact Brown is a jock or the situation with Salman Rushdi being knighted (If the latter of the two explanations is true then their even fucking sadder then they already are)

Very good statement Asbury the last bit espcially. One of the reasons why I feel their is problems is a lot of areas are racially segregated, it gives anger a breeding ground especially if you pair it up with lack of job oppourtinities. There is not much you can do if people have lived in certain ethnic areas for years. People do interact in certain communities but I feel it's not encouraged enough. I live in a predominatly black area, but there is lot's of whites and Asians we get along fine.

For an example in Northampton whites and blacks get on in most aspects, Indians join in sometimes but with other communities it's distant. I.e. Muslims at my school kept togther they avoided anyone who was non muslim like they had the plague with the exception of one or two who seemed to be treated badly by the others.

I agree totally about interacting with fundamentalist shitbags like that fucking **** who gobbed off at John Reid I agree in freedom of speech but it should be carried out in a appropriate manner. Lock the ******s up.

Well Corby should be nuked we can agree on that? We can tackle the anti social yob culture another time. @ the Yorkshire folk comment. At the end of the day up North it's due to free choice of segregation, which I suppose is down to the natural instinct of people sticking togther.
