No I haven't but with the free time, that doesn't sound too bad of an idea.

ps. 39.55...love those fat vitamin D basslines. you could hear them coming from a mile away.

Thanks for the comments though... Just some clarification would he
Last 20 mins or so didn't fit with general theme of 'fun' tunes. seemed more appropriate for darker sort of prog set and in comparison to other tunes, didn't have same amount of vibe, IMO

Finally downloaded something of yours (this mix), and now I can see why you get the gigs you get. I mean they pretty much speak for themselves, but when you hear the talent to back it up, it's a nice connection to finally make!

Awesome stuff Greg. You can tell you've been around music/this scene for a long time. You have such mature and eclectic taste for someone of your age, and there's an obvious musical understanding/appreciation that I think is a little beyond your years as well. Impressive.

P.S. I love that Lou Reed sample!!

interesting... i kinda planned it like that, to end on a bit more chillin note... for me a summer mix isn't just about fun tunes, but those beats and rhythms that just sound right at this time of year...

I suppose i was just trying to find a way to go somewhere with the songs and the set, rather than just have it be a collection of "fun" tunes..

thanks a lot for the feedback am most definitely thinking about it-

Thanks! Wow, from someone who's been in and out of clubs as much as you have and heard as much house as you have that's huge

Hah shit! Still trying to find time + money....maybe infinity HiGH and I will have to plan a trip together!

I think you're on the money about making it about the beats and rhythms, rather than just the tunes. THAT'S music. That's what I liked about this mix. It just came across as having some depth, or meat as you said, to it that a lot of DJs ignore, or aren't capable of expressing.

When I listen to a mix, I don't wanna hear all the hottest tunes (not that your selections aren't hot, but I think you follow). Shit I can go do that at Beatport all by myself. What I want is to get some understanding of the DJ and what their deal is. I want to hear MUSIC, not just "house tunes" or whatever, and I think you do that here.

Any chance of you getting to Goa soon???

Great white gobsmackin' Guru... we've gotta get you playing at Zanzibar this winter!!! Crackin' mix bro... easily the best I've heard from you.

The mix had my attention within' the first 20 secs... still listening to it. It's insane!!

EDIT:
Just finished listening to the entire mix...

# Inland Knights - Girl In The Window
# Quivver Reddies
# Matt Rowan Dish It Out (Eelke Kleijn Remix
# DJ Vitamin D Hot Summers Day
# Vibrasphere Seven Days to Daylight (Unai Remix)

Loved these tunes the most... and finishing with Vibrasphere; made me want to start the mix all over again.

So i did

Dish it out is huge !!!

What did you mix this with ? It is to damn perfect to be by hand.

just a touch of ableton although i would like to note that I do not "utilize ableton to it's full potential" i just put tunes there, and eq the mixes. No effects, maybe a loop or two but nothing serious... it's just my subsitute for having zero recording equipment and loads of time.

When putting together a mix for listening i go through a much different thought process than when mixing at a club so I've found this particular medium works best for expressing my ideas to at-home/car/office etc listeners. you could judge and say well then how good is his beatmatching etc etc, and id say no, my beatmatching isnt perfect for sure but come and see me live and i bet you'd have a good time
