listening to say an annoying beepy tune on repeat..while you're tied up and you have about 5 people each with a sharp razor cutting your skin all over your body..just about 3 in. cuts but cutting them up slowly..they're not incredibly DEEP cuts but just deep enough for all that purple blood to gush out and for you to feel the pain thats on the verge of insanely painful and yet somewhat pleasurable until that barrier is broken on about the 20th cut

while gutter rats are made to naw away at your tender flesh. mmmmm it's making me hungry just thinking about it. 
I always thought drowning would be horrible, but one of the worst ways to die would be an old medievel torture/death method called "The Wheel".
They take this giant wooden wheel, and break all the bones and ligiments in your arms and legs, until they are like stretch armstrong body parts. They tie them around the parts of the wheel, then put it on top of a castle for you to wait to die, well crows occasionally come buy to peck your eyes out. Horrible. It takes days to die.
being forced to sniff crushed glass.. like fine poweder, which still has razorblade sharp edges.. then your lungs would slowly fill with blood there ain't anything you can do about it

Interesting Otaku... very interesting. I have also had this dream of sitting someone in a chair and then strapping there hands and feet down. From there I would remove there shoes and socks. Next is to get 20 syringes and fill 10 with bleach and 10 with ammonia. I would then proceed to place them under each fingernail and toenail injecting the liquids into the victim. Eventually the bleach and ammonia will mix in the bloodstream and create a poisonous gas which would disperse killing them and, if the room was enclosed, anyone else inside.
O btw, OtakuCat and I werk with kids everyday, hehe.

Some of the ones I can think of are actually real.
During WWII the Japs used to torture the Chinese by forcing them to drink water until they could drink no more. Then the Japs would jump on top of them forcing their bladders to burst.
How about getting you skull crushed on a street curb like in 'American History X' ? Forcing someone to put their mouth on the curb and then the guy would stomp on the person's head , splitting his whole head on the concrete.
the way that 1 guy from the movie "The Mummy" died where you're being eaten alive through a period of time. damn that would suck!

The worst way to day is to be buried alive, beacuse you're conscious all the while and its a slow death.
You're six feet under, with the oxygen levels slowly decreasing with each frantic breadth you take, you try to scratch your way out and will probably lose it and go insane.
i think dying while having sex aint to bad
but while sleeping may be the best
burned alive is amongst the worst
about a 1000 years ago some people in england stuck hot pokers up peoples rectums and burned their intestines until they died
