Add or take away a little bit from a few bass frequencies as appropriate with a graphic eq (I normally use 10 band for mastering, although I probably only use 6 or 7 of them), use a multiband compressor to give the bottom end a little bit more punch without affecting the rest of the frequency range then normalise it up.
