i'd have to say Chicago Deep Dish has it's own flavor going on, i'm a huge fan of garlic maybe thats why it appeals to me but deep dish in its own, belongs to chicago and has a really warm mass appeal.

I was really hungry for pizza last night (and still am), so I decided to drive into the city (10 km from here) to get one. It's 11pm, and not a damn place is open! I was like wtf is wrong with this town, you can't even get a pizza late at night? Well I was hungry so I got a kebab instead.. Good, but not pizza.

The place I usually get it from has a quite weird special, with kebab, onion, jalapeno (pepperoni), mushrooms, and shrimp. It's a weird combination, but it's damn good.

i never fold mine. i like equal amounts of ingredients in every bite. sometimes i'll fold the last few bites over the crust so that i get more sauce and cheese with the crust.
