my first thought was same.
well i think it might be beginning of the end of mnml trend.. just more remake bootleg cover or anything like this and we will say bye..

i would have right.. ;/

same as villa - fizheur zieheur - controversional so everyone would hear it/play it

Nice record; luv accordeon sounds

Dont think so; house is covering for years now and its still there; didnt see much minimal remakes at the moment.

this is aweful

i cant picture hearing this at a club and actually enjoying it. in fact, i cant picture hearing anyone actually spin this in a club. if you do hear this, its probably a joke and the dj is fucking with your head.

and this isnt minimal

Posted by UnBracKo on Jul-16-2007 21:08:

shitty melody

exactly
can't say i'll play it, but i've been on the other end of it and it doesn't half fuck with your head when you're a little worse for wear. Especially when played right before ambivalent - r u ok?

Fixed. Welcome to EDM, where I'm sure the notes on the vinyl release will mention that tune.

Seems to be one of the the tunes which you love or hate. Here's the sample:

Your opinion of this controversial track?

eh boo, no hit imo

Posted by basvh on Jul-17-2007 16:31:

just heard a quite good rip, even on my small sony home audio set the bassline kills. Very deep and funky bassline. Can't wait to hear this one at a festival or club!!!

The accordeon melody is a bit cheesy but summer anthems really have only one purpose and that is blowing off rooftops and get everybody crazy with a smile on their face. This baby sure does that!!!!

Posted by ibz on Jul-18-2007 04:53:

I don't like it at all =/

Posted by humilis on Jul-18-2007 10:34:

That accordion is horrible.. Good dubby beat and bassline though

same as Pp Bradock - Rhapsody In Pain. i thought it would be a hit but.. don't see if it's overplayed.

Posted by nefardec on Jul-18-2007 15:24:

i wouldn't play it or buy it but if i heard this track live once i would definitely enjoy it

you have to respect the absurdity and blatant acknowledgment of its purpose.

that said it is a very disposable track which will see play before it's released from bigger deejays in ibiza, then the lesser deejays will play it in vain after it's beaten dead. then it will fade into memory and we'll hear it in a show called "I love 2007" on vh1 in the future

Posted by Freak on Jul-18-2007 17:21:

Shite

Expect it to be number one at the end of the summer europewide.

Posted by tyos on Jul-19-2007 12:30:

im sure the bassline kicks you right in the nuts

Thanks for the info.
I know when remixing a tune you have to ask for permission from the creator, but it is the same when sampling it? If so, what would be the difference between sampling a tune and remixing it?

Posted by shuni on Jul-20-2007 19:18:

i think its disgusting

Posted by Allied Nations on Jul-20-2007 19:56:

lol dropped it last night

confusing reactions

Posted by DJ Dingel on Jul-20-2007 23:38:

Based on the video, it's horrid. The tambre and tone of that lead melody instrument (acccordion?) are just painful.
