Whatever you do...stay away from Chase. Try Comerica, i've been dealing with them for years, but they aren't in every state. No real issues with them.

usbank sucks if you don't have any branches or atms really nearby. they charge you $2 to use an ATM that isn't usbank.

this is true of EVERY bank!

oh and steer clear of BofA, Wells Fargo, USBank, and CitiBank. try your best to go with a local credit union or wamu.

Washington Mutual, end of thread.

US Bank or Bank Of America. Almost no fees. Just don't overdraft or else they hit you with 40 bucks!

CitiBank FTW.The only good thing about BOFA is there is an ATM BRANCH IN EVERY CORNER.CitiBank has ATMs at evry 7-11.CitiBank will back u up against any MERCHANT.

sounds like we have lots of people who fall for gimmicks. ALL banks offer the low or no fees shit now. so dont go because someone on here says they have "no" or "low" fees. i just got an account at wamu 1 month ago and pay no fees. free everything including wire transfers.

DON'T GO TO BofA, Wells Fargo, Citibank, USBank, etc. i worked for wells fargo. i can tell you that those 4 banks are the WORST!

Heh, my bank just waived my fees because I have a lot of money in there...plus I have a huge line of credit with them as a student. Wewt!

My other bank gave me a line of credit without even needing a co-signer or collateral, jut because I'm a nursing student!

Mind you, I DO have good credit...and they saw that I DO have a lot of money with my other bank, etc. But yeah. I like my banks.

hehe yeah banks will do almost anything for you if you have enough money with them. working for wells fargo really opened my eyes with the shit they will and wont do for people. it also was an eye opener with the stupid bullshit that goes on behind the scenes too! some of the worst coporate politics i have EVER seen.
