A DJ set being about music and technical wonder...what was i thinking...20k a show is to prance on the decks like it was riverdance...sorry my bad.

If Danny Howells can play a 14 hour set without a pose and still make a great payday, be adored, can it be that bad.He wont pose once and makes it about the music and the people...not himself..Armin is not the party...the party is the party...he wouldn't be able to spin that long flawlessly. Its the difference between a genuine professional DJ and a sideshow for those with ADD.

correction.. danny might smile and occasionally (rarely) wave... usually waves goodby with a gigantic smile on his face after a good gig.

or at least this was how it was when he was up here for 11 hours

11 hours- anyone doing any one thing for 11 hours with pretty much no break is intense, but playing the best music you've ever heard, making a giant room full of people dance at the same time?

damn

Well, that's about the least embarassing thing about the whole picture, I think.

Good riddance, what a clown.

Dear Armin,

I thought it might interest you to know that you're playing music and taking credit for it when it wasn't made by you.

Kindest Regards,
Jake

Exactly. These "big jocks" need to quit advertising, "OMG THREE/FOUR/FIVE/EIGHT HOUR EXTENDED SET WITH HOT NEW TUNES YOU'VE HEARD 100S OF TIMES BEFORE!!!!!!!!" Most good DJs go far past that point every fucking night and can get a crowd moving with music they've never heard before, much of which they'll never hear ever again. They don't advertise an 11 or 16 hour set, they just go out and do it and surprise the crowd without the help of fancy stages, vocalists or violinists.

Fuck 'em.

I'm not saying it can't be done. I was just referring to over-hyping people to play over pitch-adjusted music without adjusting their own pitch. *cough*Mason*cough*
