It just isn't, nor has it ever really been funny - the only exception being the video of him singing the Rick Astley song, but that's not really funny because it's Tay Zonday - it's pretty much funny to hear anyone sing "Never Gonna Give You Up."

that was bad. he wasn't singing the right notes

The other "re-makes" or remixes have all been atrocious. like 4 year olds with windows movie maker. That + Carson Daly killed it.
