it's near gilley's and southside on lamar [lofts]. you may see a stray homeless person or few, but the main dallas police station is across the street. just be smart about parking and don't leave valuables in your car.

Prob about as bad as the area around LL, maybe a bit worse. Nothing to worry bout...just take the faceplate off your radio for sure.

i parked behind palladium for a godsmack show, nothing got stolen and I had my laptop in the car. Parking was $10 so keep that in mind. I think you have to go down like two more blocks past it then take a right if your going south on lamar.

edit: also be sure to take cash b/c its not easy to find an ATM nearby. I had to go thru some pretty ghetto areas to find some random Chase branch getting nearer to Fair Park.

i'll be there tonight. Hopefully the VIP tix were worth the extra few bucks, and after reading through this thread- hope that it doesn't get overly warm inside.

tonight is going to be off the hook! just got back and the decore and lights are being set up as we speak. weve got some seriously amazing stuff in store for tonight and i think everyone that comes out will have a great time
