Well, until US cease to exist as superpower.

So having a big military necessarily isn't a good thing. It just cost a lot to maintain and for most cases, just sits there. (Unless you get into Iraq style conflict which is another case all together)

U.S. has a smaller army than China or India, but their cost per unit is a lot higher.

1 U.S. Soldier = Kevlar, helmet, M-16/M-4 assault rifle, pistol sidearm, radio, night vision, camouflage uniform, ABC suit.

1 Chinese soldier = flip flops, rice hat, AK-47 (optional)

lol...

and each one of those aircraft carriers is like 2 Billion a year upkeep, along with all fighter jets, subs, ships, etc.

Imagine China and India got into a war, would be bad news, for everyone.

Russia needs to attract new investors in order to harness the natural resources Siberia has, but at current moment, the political climate is too hostile for investment in Russia. This may force Russia to turn to China as investor, unless US's superpower status is somehow broken in next 50 yrs, and allowing Russia to assert its dominance on the world stage.

Russia does need to attract foreign investment and it does despite the political climate. Europe needs Russian oil and gas (more and more in future) and political climate wont change that fact. Russian economy has been growing at an exploding rate (around 7%) for like 7 years straight now and the projections are around 6-7% annually growth for the next five years. Imo in the next 5-10 years Russia will become one of the major and most influential world players.
As for future superpower my vote goes to China.

Nations are ruled by the interests of MNCs and Conglomerates. So therefore none of the above options

Personally I would have to say that canadians and americans are the hottest because not only do we have a plethora of all the above mentioned women, but we tend to take care of our selves (ie: fashion, hygiene, hair/skin/etc treatments).
