Out of curiosity, is it possible to use a high pass filter on two channels at the same time? It looks like one of the filters is "low pass" and one is "high pass", meaning that you can only use the high pass on one channel, right?

I would love that mixer, the only thing I don't like is the +-15dB EQs...I prefer full kills on the lows. If you could use the filter on the lows though, then it wouldn't matter.

Posted by Max Thomson on Aug-06-2007 15:21:

The filters are permanently assigned to the master. The -15 dB is more than enough, especially with the sweepable mids. If you select the lowest mid freq, you get a ton of bass kill. Of course, the high pass filter will also kill the lows completely.

I may bid now

Posted by Max Thomson on Aug-07-2007 22:31:

I have ended this auction because I simply cannot part with this mixer. Thanks to everyone who showed interest and especially to demoted who bidded on the mixer within the first hour. If I ever think of selling it again you will be the first person I contact.

Thanks again everyone!!!

Posted by IntegraR0064 on Aug-08-2007 01:50:

At least that makes my life easier. I was agonizing over exactly how much I was willing to bid

Posted by a.chan on Aug-08-2007 02:08:

Ahh... i just put money in the bank to bid on it

Posted by Max Thomson on Aug-08-2007 02:28:

well in that case...

Posted by a.chan on Aug-08-2007 02:35:

Let me know if your ever willing to sell it again, i need an upgrade from my current mixer

Posted by Allied Nations on Aug-08-2007 06:16:

Worst thread ever! Lol!

Neat piece of kit...

Posted by Ted Promo on Aug-08-2007 09:56:

blech, weak. I guess I can live with my DJM 500 a little longer -_-

Posted by Max Thomson on Aug-08-2007 15:25:

Alright alright, due to incredible demand AND the fact that I would very much like to sell this mixer and NOT lug it across the country with me (although if the price isn't right I have no problem doing that) I have RELISTED the mixer.

3 day auction - $600/FREE SHIPPING

It's actually kind of funny... we've all parted with gear before and it can be very tough!

Posted by a.chan on Aug-08-2007 18:35:

too much decision making
perhaps ill get this instead of the xone then

Posted by Max Thomson on Aug-11-2007 13:22:

Porky pies.

If that were the case you'd have put it in the For Sale section on this site and not gone through Ebay.

You're after money - don't worry - there's nothing wrong with that - but it'd be nice if you just admitted that rather than feeding us horse shit.

That's kinda harsh. He would prefer a TA to have it, but isn't willing to take a significant financial hit in order for this to happen....do you blame him?

Posted by IntegraR0064 on Aug-11-2007 17:05:

Wow, I was expecting for it to go for more than that. Is that one of the TAs that got it?
