agreed...I went last night and had 4th row seats.

it dragged a little bit at times, but for the most part was absolutely breathtaking.

between the three girls who seemed to have zero problem contorting themselves into spinebreaking positions to the two guys working the pendulum type contraption to the tightrope walkers...spectacular!

(more than one hottie in the show too...daaaaaaamn!)

of what gender!?

Posted by Pett on Sep-09-2007 04:44:

tightrope and wheel of death ftw

everything else was meh in all honesty.
juggler was pretty good if he wasn't so full of himself.
but tightrope and deathwheel worth way more than admission.
kept me entertained throughout which is a task in itself, therfore 11/10

there's something for everyone :P

sorry, I wish that I had a more detailed breast-factor review for you the girls I mentioned earlier though are 'girls' though...not women...like 10-16 between the three of them, I'm guessing, so you'll have to ditch those fantasies that you had just conjured up :P

tightrope and deathwheel are both 'edge of seat' stuff...very well done. I guess that a tightrope act could maybe be practised closer to the ground until balance is perfect, then higher up with safety nets, etc. but how the fuck do the deathwheel guys "practise"? you're either doing that shit in and on the giant contraption or you're not, lol. wow.

the juggler had this aura...a 'disco swagger' is my best description of it, lol. Flashy confidence. I wonder if it's part of his act though...playing up the bravado image instead of just being a no-personality guy who just stands there and juggles?

on the other hand, I'm baked and it's entirely possible that I could be reading *way* to far into it, lol.

impressive though...I can't fathom the amount of work that the performers put into perfecting their respective acts.

yes, the music for CDS is another great thing it has going for it. They really know how to use music to create atmosphere.

$25 Cirque Du Soleil Tickets for Students, Teaching Staff

Students and teaching staff can get category 3 seats for only $25 each for the duration of their show in Toronto. You may be required to show your student or staff ID when presenting your ticket so make sure you bring it with you.

Thats an absolute steal for a show of this caliber, act quickly.

I'm willing to bet they don't even check student id, printable tickets and quick scan at the entrance.

so yeah I was looking for tickets for next Friday, I searched a couple times and got front front row (AA row) tickets for $90, but I left my credit card at home, so when I looked for it again, it was gone

Try another date or call their booking line directly, and maybe they can find u front seats.

Or else try placing the order again- they are held for a few mins while people decide to pay.
