just got a hold of cd2, which imo is even better than cd1.
here are some awesome tracks on cd2:
detournment-beautiful orchestral track, the breakdown in this one is simply amazing
the big bang-hard hitting techy track, awesome as well
torn-this track has a somewhat dark techy tribal feel to it, and its the longest track on the album, amazing track, truly captivating
world through my eyes-this is also a pretty nice track
hours-omg this track really reminds me of one of his classic, just can't put my finger on it right now. i would probably say this is the best track on cd2.....wow

the rest are pretty much remixes of white lies. i really wish he would of included remixes of some other track instead of white lies as i think this is the worst track on this album and the remixes really don't make it much better.

anyway, i'm really hoping he will make no. 1 again this year, he deserves it!

my fav is definitely Another Sunday. been hearing it in his sets for the last year. I swear it sounds similar to Robert Nickson - Twisted by Design

havent opened my disc from Central Park yet but I'll try to do so this afternoon after work. Theres also another bonus track online which my friend was in the process of doing when I called her during lunch but we went off the subject

hearing castaway live was awesome though. made me all squishy inside new york city wasnt that bad either, like i said only in a club or live

man, you're a lucky bastard rizo. how long did he play for? he is truly gifted, and yes these tracks are awesome live, i know he played a bunch of them at when i saw him at the vanguard, but not sure if he played castaway....but yeah some of these tracks are like 10x better live.

He played 4 hours both nights, started at 6PM and stopped at 10PM when he could no longer play due to Central Park sound restrictions. Both nights could of gone twice as long, PvD wanted too and the crowd was just

maaaan....i can only imagine. from my experience he plays better in clubs than at massives, but im sure this was waaay different. still 2 nights for 4 hrs each night=8hrs of pvd. not bad at all! thats more hours than we get in 6 months down here lol.

Although I didn't vote for PVD at all this year, I think this album might put him at #1 again. Usually I pass up artist albums, but this one was one of the best I've heard so far. Favorites so far are the collabs he did with Giuseppe, Another Sunday, and Talk in Grey.

Anyone get the Sunlounger album? That's another one to check out. I've been playing it all morning!

yes he's been playing this track for over a year, and i've been trying to figure out what track it was ever since i heard it. he sampled the vocals from "probspot-blows my mind" and a lot of people thought he was playing the hammer and funabashi remix of this track. but "another sunday" is 10x better!!!!!!!!!!
