Apparently they stay for a few weeks. They are basically just a whole lot of bruises. Can't wait til they go that evil yellow or purple colour.

might just be the camera but yours look a lot darker than the wikipedia picture.

Besides, I really enjoy massages, and find that they release a lot of soreness that would otherwise be there until the day you die (not literally), regardless of how much gym/other exercise you do.
