Does anyone else hate the new format??? I blame fucking Eddie freaking Halliwell for ruining the Identity Mixes. Part of the reason I don't listen to Eddie's radio show is because of all the talking and he let SvD guest host which clearly lead to all this talk during the tracks. Eh plus this split thing isn't good. Would it be so difficult to put his live sets on his website and leave the 60min studio mix alone? Me thinks not.

On that note, this Identity Mix was alright minus the talking.

I agree. The splitting of sets in combination with the talking made the whole IM feel very cramped. It's one thing for Armin to do stuff like that, he has a two hour show. But with one hour I think it's best to keep it simple, safe and about the music.

That said, I'm all for Sander having two hours, he deserves it.

i dont mind the talking, but sander really needs 2 hours. one hour studio mix, one hour live mix.

and i kinda thought he would talk over the studio tracks, not the live tracks like he did. maybe they'll work it out. this was just the first identity like this.

If I get the chance to speak to him I'm going to say I would like to see 1 hour studio/1 hour liveset, and see what his reaction/response is.
